Welcome to the L-R FFA Community Booster Club
The L-R FFA Community Booster Club (L-RFFA Booster Club) purpose is to promote and advance agricultural education; the National FFA Organization and the young people involved in these pursuits. We also provide services to other FFA Booster Clubs, other organization and entities which encourage agricultural activities. We are a non-profit organization consisting of family, friends and businesses who support the Logan-Rogersville FFA Chapter.

In 2022 (as of 12/31/2022, the L-R FFA Booster Club has contributed:
Scholarship & Grant AwardsSupervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) Grants
SAE Grants are awarded to students who need financial assistance in starting or continuing their SAE projects. SAE Grants are given based upon criteria determined by the SAE Grant Committee. The 2022 SAE Grant recipients are: Nathan Hyde Will Sampietro Avery Miller Katie Jackson L-RFFA Booster Club Scholarships These annual $1,000 scholarships are given to 3 outstanding graduating seniors to an accredited college of their choice. The 2022 L-RFFA Booster Club Scholarship recipients are: Karson Baird Kit Farran Jacob Vineyard Washington Leadership Conference (WLC) Students from the L-RFFA chapter have the opportunity to go to Washington D.C. every other year. The L-RFFA Booster Club contributes $1,000 per student towards the registration and lodging expenses for the students. Summer of 2022 Washington Leadership Conference has been cancelled due to the covid-19 pandemic restrictions. The chapter decided to do a agriculture industry tour by going to a variety of agriculture businesses in Kansas, Texas and Louisiana. The LRFFA Booster Club donated $6,000.00 to go towards this experience. FFA Camp The L-RFFA Chapter sends 12 FFA students to FFA Camp each summer for leadership and team building skills. The L-RFFA Booster Club contributes $90 per student to attend. For 2022, we will be sending 14 FFA students to FFA Camp and contributing $2,100 for their registration. |
L-RFFA Booster Club Benefit Auction
This benefit auction is held in April each year raising an average of over $14,000.00. Numerous local businesses donate items and/or services to be auctioned. For 2022, the L-RFFA Booster Club raised $15.097.50. 3rd Annual L-RFFA Booster Club Craft and Boutique Show This event will be held on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at the Logan-Rogersville Upper Elementary Gymnasium. In 2022, our 2nd annual event hosted over 74 booths and food trucks. For 2022, this event raised over $2,879.07 L-RFFA Booster Club Truck and Tractor Pull This annual event will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Rogersville Community Park beginning at 7pm. For 2022, this event raised over $11,000.00 L-RFFA Booster Club Sponsor Directory In 2022, the LRFFA Booster Club has decided to no longer do a paper directory and go strictly with advertising on the website. To see all of our sponsors, click on the "Business Sponsors" link in the menu. MeetingsThe L-RFFA Booster Club meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Logan-Rogersville High School Ag Building, starting at 6pm. Guests are always welcome and we encourage parents of the L-RFFA students to be involved.
